The heart behind Compel Global comes from its' co-founders, father and son team Steve & Josiah Harling, and their experiences in working with hundreds of individuals trying to identify the right opportunities for global impact.
As a pastor, Steve was thrilled whenever one of his people expressed a calling to invest in international ministries or to engage directly as a volunteer on the frontlines overseas. His problem was that he didn’t know -- and didn’t have the time to figure out -- how to guide them.
As an executive nonprofit leader responsible for growth and as coach to many, Josiah has become an expert in helping individuals discern direction, and fulfilling strategic needs for organizations.
